Do I need an account?+
Yes. Every bracket is owned by an account, so we know who to sync it with, who can edit it, and who to bill. Signing up is free.
What happens when the free tier isn't enough?+
Create your bracket on Hobby; if you hit the team or tournament limit, we'll show an upgrade prompt with a one-click move to Organizer or Club. Nothing is deleted.
Is the free tier really free forever?+
Yes — for events that fit inside the 1-tournament / 8-team limit. It's a real product tier, not a trial.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Paid plans cancel at the end of the current period; your tournaments remain viewable and downloadable.
Do you offer discounts for schools, non-profits, or annual billing?+
Annual billing includes ~17% off. Schools and non-profits: get in touch at sales@omnibracket.com.
Are prices final?+
No — these are launch placeholders while we validate with early customers. Anyone who subscribes before pricing changes will be grandfathered.
